Just wondering, but ...?

Just wondering, but is it even remotely possible to print to a meet people printer over the internet. Let's say the computer is on the other side of the world. Does the computer want special access? No put downs please, just a nonspecific question.

Just wondering, but ...?

Most networks within the world block outside access, especially to things like printers. This help to protect the service from being abused.

So, within most cases, you will need "special" access to enter a exchange cards and use its printers, but assuming that access is allowed by you, you can print anywhere in the world as long as at hand is an internet connection.

It is entirely possible to set up a printer so that anyone contained by the world can use it, but how will they get what they printed? :)
Yes it is. If it allows exchange cards access, and you have access to that introduce yourself, you can print from anywhere in the world.
The printer to be configured for as an Network printer. If a framework driver is not installed, you cannot print out.If you have a remote access but the other wind up must accept your remote access than and than you can do it.Or if you are an grating experts-you can do it.
I do it all the time. You enjoy to have access authorization, and winxp helps, though the software is available for elder versions too. I work from home occasionally, using their computer, and I freshly tell the wallet to print in the common way. They hold "my" computer set up for several of their printers, so I can print b/w or color, or send to negative for actual on-press printing.
well i do it from my house to campus, i only just stay on the internet while it finishes printing, but my computer has to be fundamental campus to do that... try it.
