Is near a generic ink cartage replacement for a DELL printer combo or am I stuck buying from DELL solitary?
NO, you're not stuck. Search Google for "ink cartridges" and find a company you'd similar to to buy ink from. Almost all of them submission generic and/or recycled cartridges at up to half bad the price of Dell. I have a Dell too and I know how expensive their ink can be. I one-sidedly find that Printpal has great prices and perfect quality ink cartridges. Good luck.
