HP OfficeJet....is it a laser printer?
If, yes, what do laser printers use for ink or anything?
Please help. I don't own any instructions manual.
Is OfficeJet a laser printer?
OfficeJet is a giant capacity inkjet printer for use surrounded by offices where on earth you may want to print large numbers of documents (as dead set against a home/low use inkjet which you may do one or two pages a year with). HP's Laser printers are (confusingly) called 'LaserJet'. I guess the 'Jet' member is a reference to how speedy they are? To identify a printer type in adjectives, normally (color) inkjet printers own several cartridges mounted on a rail inside below which the paper pass. Laser printers are usually larger than inkjets. and have a substantial (expensive) cartridge inside them that holds the toner.
No an OfficeJet is an inkJet printer, hence "Jet" mortal part of the baptize.
Laser printers typically use closed cartridges which contain a powdery black metallic ink.
OfficeJet is usually inkjet. If it's laser, it'd say "LaserJet".
Laser printer use "toner" within "toner catridges".
You can get most HP printer manual at HP.com
OfficeJet is an ink printer, not a laser.
You need to know what model of OfficeJet you own -- Somewhere on you printer it will note OfficeJet XXX
where on earth XXX is a number of a missive and numbers.
With this information, go to the relationship below for the user manual.
No, HP designates laser printers next to laser in front, ie LaserJet.
Laser printers use what is call a toner cartridge, which contain toner a powdery ink.
