Your ink level is zilch more than a page counter. Do not trust it.
To fully answer your question however, the ink rank will effect how your printing looks if the inks are extremely low or one colour has run out. The solitary true gauge of you ink level is you own eye. The moment a cartridge starts to show signs of declining it is running out.
yes it can. in a multi color ink tape, if only one color is exceedingly low or out, you may get stale colored prints, and banding. this will also happen if you own a partially clogged print boss. I run the cleaning and print check program on my printer before I print a photo.
