Can anyone suggest where on earth I could purchase labels or inserts for the cd defence as printing them from my pc is fairly expensive due to the ink.

Firstly, there is no apology for it to be so expensive for you to print your own. What you need is a place to buy ink cartridges at a restrained price. My Epson printer cartridges cost about $54 a duo from Epson or at Staples. I buy my black & color cartridges online for less than $3.50 for the double act. I've been using them for years and enjoy never had any problems whatsoever. Give it a try. Check out this website, select your brand and model of printer and be amazed at the prices. They contribute cartridges for almost any printer that is out in that.

Label and inserts already printed would cost you a fortune. you could get blank label to write on and stick it on your cd cases but they do not look very attractive. You can buy the proper inserts for the cd cases from any upright computer shop but they are blank and you still need to print on them
