Sorry I own not got a Lexmark X1190. But hold read the instructions. Best to get a alien cartridge from a shop.
Did you craft sure that it was set to print surrounded by colour under your printer's settings? If that's not it try checking the nozzle of the videotape and also make sure it's be installed back within properly.
did you seal the hole you made?
