Are you trying to print the whole trellis page, or saving the model to your computer?

If you are printing the web page, instead of using the little 'print' statue, go - profile:print and click on the Preferences button.

Make sure under the 'colour' leeway, that it is not set to B&W.

You are pushing the wrong button. Try pushing the COLOR button.
When you click on Print, you would get the Print Dialogue BOX



Go to prefrences nearby, and check if you have not special Black and White printing.
the problem is not related to installation....it is related to the print settings....the next time u want to print a page jump to file and after click print....a box will open....later go to nouns and then to colour tab.....after this is done untick the print within grayscale option....and consequently click ok to set the setting...and again ok to print....this time the print will be coloured....
