My drivers will not nouns on my Dell XPS computer with Windows Vista. Is this a compatibility issue or something else.
Is Windows Vista compatatilble next to most elder printer drivers. Specifically the Lexmark 5200 series.?

Search for your modell here... If it's in attendance then download the most up-to-date driver for Vista and hopefully it will work. If not then your modell isn't supported anymore for Vista.
Go on the Internet to the Lexmark manufacturer page and search beneath support or downloads for your model. You want the driver from Lexmark and not from vista anyway.
People are finding a lot of hardware that Vista is not compatible beside.
I can tell you from experience that the vista drivers are out of action with current printers that Lexmark have much less any elder models.
It is a compatibility issue that as of yet, have not been resolved by lexmark. BUT THEY'RE WORKING ON IT :(
