Was installed once virus cause reload of programs now can't carry ti back up.

Here's what you could do:

1) unplug and replug

2) check if computer detects your Lexmark 1100, to do so - right click My Computer - Properties - Hardware tab - device controller - right click on your computer name and scan for hardware change.

3) reinstall driver if #2 isnt done.



Should work.
Throw it away it is a Lexmark
