i enjoy a lexmark 1180..its good except the cart no 16 black and no 26. colour .seem to run out really sudden any suggestions??

buy black 17 and colour 27 as these are for heavy users
while printing from print properties windowpane do not select best quality also check if you own any option to select the colour standard then set it to surrounding substance, normal or low.
thier is an route in your Lexmark utility, which let you save ink, but the Lexmark is will certain as an ink drinker printer.
One thing is,those the 16 & 26 cartridges are really small ....I use the top up kits for the printer I hold,takes a touch time and is messy but,saves dollars
Go to the printer's properties and translation the printing mode to quick print. This is an economode which will rescue you some money but the printing quality is reduced.
